This report presents findings from the evaluation of the Pride in Practice project, a partnership between Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) and Centre for Sexuality (C4S). The project, which took place from February 2025 – March 31, 2026, was made possible by one year funding from the Calgary Foundation. The aim was to build CCIS’ in-house capacity to deliver gender and sexuality training and to adapt C4S existing training content for culturally diverse audiences. The project evaluation assessed the efficacy of the training itself, the success of the project in meeting its intended outcomes, and the effectiveness of the project partnership. It also captured key learnings, strengths, and challenges of implementation.
